The month of June in Maisons-Laffitte

June has been a beautiful month to spend in Maisons-Laffitte with generous days of sunshine and a few rainstorms. Walking in the park of Maisons-Laffitte is always a treat to our family, particularly after work or during the weekends.

Sometimes a walk across the park is needed for getting early to the local boulangerie for Sunday’s bread and croissants, at other times to reach the great market in town or the railway station for a trip to Paris. But our favourite walks are those where we start with no clear destination. We love loosing ourselves along the residential streets that made up this unique site that was once the park of a Renaissance château.
