First weekend of May in Maisons-Laffitte

For this first weekend of the “joli mois de Mai“, we took a stroll in the park of Maisons-Laffitte. Here are a few photos of our relaxing walk…

In less than a month, the park of Maisons-Laffitte has changed so much we hardly recognised it. Spring is in full swing with a new flush of bright green leaves and a myriad of colourful flowers growing in the gardens and the woods of the park. The stunning manors we discovered in Winter have suddenly disappeared behind a screen of greenery.

Aimée (our almost 2 year old daughter) loves walking in that peaceful environment and picked up flowers to make up a nice bouquet. Amazing when we think that we are only 20 minutes from the busy Champs-Élysées by train!
