The Complete and Unique Online Course for Exploring Offbeat and Secret Paris

play

Unveil the treasures of the French capital that doesn’t only involve the Eiffel Tower & other famous monuments, and discover each curiosities and hidden things to make your Paris adventure a thrilling and rewarding experience.

Stop Missing Out On Discovering True Paris…

Got this familiar feeling of being unsatisfied each time you visit Paris? Whether you don't know where to go or what to look for, this could be quite haunting, if not stressful. Especially if you wanted your Paris trip to be an unforgettable experience.

☑️ You’ve seen the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe.
☑️ You’ve walked down the Champs-Elysées and crossed the Tuileries garden.
☑️ You’ve visited the city’s most prestigious museums: the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay and Pompidou Centre.
☑️ You’ve even taken a cruise on the River Seine.

This was fun… but this first encounter with Paris left you somewhat unsatisfied.
A curious mind like you know for certain there’s more in Paris than this.
So you’ve told yourself that on your next visit, you’ll make sure to explore the beaten tracks.
Not just getting to the destination’s hotspots, but to understand Paris for what it really is.
To get a real sense of the City of Lights.
To re-discover the city’s monuments through the secrets and curiosities they hide.
While unearthing these little hidden things of the past, most of them little-known, that reveal true Paris.
To learn about hidden gems that nobody told you!

Alternatively there is a number of questions that might trouble you as you prepare your Paris trip:

  • How to plan my discovery of Paris?
  • Where to find itineraries for self-guided tours of Paris?
  • How to absorb the real cultural sense of Paris?
  • I want to understand Paris, not just discovering the tourist landmarks and areas!

But then, how will you make this happen?

? Buying a travel book?

Although rich in practical info, it will often show you around the major tourist hotspots with very little explanation - and certainly no info at all about secret and offbeat Paris.

?‍♂️ Attending a guided tour?

Don't get me wrong, that’s a great idea as the guide will give you some valuable insights on the visited area. But it will only be true for this specific tour. I’ve been offering guiding tours in Paris and they were « themed-based ». People would often book two tours with me to unveil only a little part of Paris.

? Browsing sites and blogs?

Let's be honest here. You won't find much info on "institutional websites" about the hidden gems of Paris. However there's a lot of interesting things about offbeat Paris in blogs (including on my own!) but it is extremely time-consuming to retrieve them all. And add the task of working on an itinerary and you could literally spend weeks in doing so! Time that you often can't afford to waste…

So what options are you left with to reveal the hidden gems of Paris that nobody told you before?

Well, there is a way to achieve this but before I come into it, here's why I got frustrated to with my Paris adventure:

On my first visit to Paris I wanted to see the city’s most famous monuments. I had been to Paris on many occasions since the 1990s and lived and work a total of 5 years in the Paris region.

I much enjoyed visiting ill-rated monuments and museums just like anybody else. You know, being that kind of 'typical and standard' tourist.
Soon after our move from Sydney, Australia to Paris in 2014, I found myself attracted to historic street corners, quirky places, beautiful buildings and little alleys.
Those things that aren’t necessarily described in a guidebook.

Thus, I became a 'cultural tourist'. It was about making more of Paris. It was all in the details, paying attention to the real aspects of Paris I was witnessing. Suddenly, it was not just standing on the sidelines with a camera!

But discovering Paris that way can not be improvised. To poke and prod the streets of Paris without an understanding of what you see won't be of any use. At worst, you'll be missing much the interesting bits. They were right there, in front of your eyes... but you didn't know and walked away.

Time management and planning was my problem. I had to spend literally hundreds of hours researching and compiling info from a wide range of resources (books, travel guides, maps, websites and blogs, forums…).
Unless you reside in Paris for a longer term, you certainly can't afford that.
I wished I had something like a detailed book or course to avoid all that prep.
In fact, the more I studied and researched on unveiling the secret and offbeat Paris for myself, the more I came to the realisation it would be really difficult and time-consuming for visitors to get to know the real Paris.
This is the reason why I have gathered all this experience and knowledge in a structure way for you to benefit from.
Today I am thrilled to let you know that this is available for the very first time:

Pierre is a wonderful host. His tours are a great way to see the hidden gems of the city. His knowledge of the history and architecture of Paris made for a special afternoon. Discovering many hidden surprises that are easily missed by newcomers was great fun and his inside knowledge of the best places to take photos resulted in some memorable shots! I would throughly recommend!

Georgina

A fantastic way to view Paris in a new and inspiring way.

Pierre organised my mother and I a walking tour around the Saint Germain des Près area in Paris. It was great to be a bit more off the beaten track and feel like you're amongst the locals. Pierre took us to some famous landmarks like the Saint Sulpice church, Jardin du Luxembourg and the oldest restaurant in Paris... This was a fantastic way to view a famous city in a new and inspiring way. Thank you Pierre for a tour we will remember!

Mark

Rochester, NY

His descriptions were completely accurate and easy to understand.

I recently connected with French Moments with help for directions around Paris. I’m not particularly gifted with directions, and needed clear and concise help with two different trips. Pierre explained the routes so clearly that I was completely confident on both trips. His descriptions were completely accurate and easy to understand. My wife and I had no questions during the trips, and everything went according to plan. Thanks, Pierre!

Subheading About Why Your Course Is Valuable

This section is all about price anchoring. In a moment, your visitor will be seeing the price of your online course, so you want to begin talking about the value of your course in this section so that when they finally see the price, they feel that it is reasonable.

This section is not required, but it is common on Sales Pages for online courses, especially if they are highly priced.

If you do want to include this section, help the visitor by explaining how the alternate solutions to their problems can cost much, much more than your course.

Perhaps you want to tell them what it costs to get this equivalent teaching at university. Or perhaps you’ll tell them how much you would charge for a few hours of private coaching. The goal is to give them something to gauge the upcoming price against.

This section works best if you directly list monetary numbers, such as $5000. Anyone skimming the page will immediately stop when they see a dollar sign and read the text around it. When they realise this is not the course price, they’ll keep scrolling until they do find the price and gauge it against the first number they saw.
